Department Launches Two New MA Programs

The Department of International Relations is glad to announce the launching of two new MA programs starting from the academic year of 2016-17. Interested students now can also opt for a two-years Master of Arts degree in International Relations and a one-year MA in Global Economic Relations program jointly run with the Department of Economics. 

The two-year program is intended for students who have graduated from a three-year undergraduate program and would like to proceed with their studies more thoroughly, possibly with a view of a preparing themselves for a doctoral degree. It  combines rigorous theoretical and methodological academic training in international relations with area expertise.

The joint program with the Department of Economics integrates training in international relations with economics. It provides students with the knowledge and analytical skills to prepare and evaluate economic policies and strategic decision-making in a global setting. This innovative and interdisciplinary program integrates training in international relations and economics. The program focuses on deepening theoretical understanding and enhancing students’ skills and knowledge in data analysis, global politics and global economic affairs.
